Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all unused, unworn and undamaged clothing, accessories and jewelry.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be in original new condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange for a different size, color or style, please contact our customer service team first. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings and body jewelry
- Intimate apparel, lingerie and bodysuits
- Personalized or custom-made items
